Custom software
Software built to your specifications, with a fixed price agreed before work starts.
Programs for managing customers, contracts, scheduling, invoicing, inventory and online booking. You see the screens before anything is built. The finished program is licensed to you once, with no subscription.

Sample screens with placeholder data. Your screens are designed around your business before anything is built.
Process
Consultation
A free call of about 30 minutes to go over the problem, the people who will use the program and what it needs to do.
Interface proposal and quote
Qualified projects receive an initial interface proposal and a fixed-price quote based on project scope. Work starts only after you approve both.
Build, test and install
The program is built and tested, installed on your computers or server, and your staff are trained on it.
Business operations example
Example implementation: a self-storage facility kept its rentals, contracts and payments across spreadsheets and separate apps. It now runs from one program: customers book and sign online, invoices are marked paid automatically, and monthly reports are ready for the bookkeeper.
