Contact form

The contact form collects your name, business name, email address, phone number and message. The form sends them by email to Viper Systems LLC, Marathon, Florida, and they are used to reply to you and to prepare quotes.

Website visits

This website is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Viper Systems does not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking scripts on this website.

Managed service customer data

For Managed IT and hosting customers, Backups are stored on Backblaze B2 and Contabo, with an additional encrypted offline backup secured with a decryption key held exclusively by the business owner. Viper Systems accesses hosted data only to provide support the customer requests. The agreement for each service states what data is stored, where it is stored and how long it is retained.

Sharing and retention

Viper Systems does not sell contact information. Messages stay in the Viper Systems mailbox until the matter is closed. You can ask for yours to be deleted; records Viper Systems must keep for contractual, accounting, security or legal reasons are retained as required.
